How to play
Everyone gets 3 face-down cards, 3 face-up cards on top, and a hand of 3. Before the game starts you may swap hand cards with your face-up cards.
On your turn, play a card equal to or higher than the top of the pile. You may play several cards of the same value at once. Ace is high.
Wilds can be played on anything: 2 resets the pile, 9 lets you demand the next player goes higher or lower than 9, and 10 burns the pile and you go again. Four of a kind in a row also burns.
Can't play? Pick up the whole pile. After your turn, draw back up to 3 cards while the deck lasts.
Hand empty and deck gone? Play your face-up cards. If you get stuck, you take the pile plus one face-up card. After those, flip your face-down cards blind — a bad flip means you take the pile and the card.
First to shed everything wins. The last player holding cards is the Shithead.
